Softec Corporation collaborating with Beauty Bakery, which specializes in developing blockchain platforms and 

IT solutions, is pursuing for a new blockchain platform business "LOTT Project" combines NFT and Metaverse 

technology with K-beauty and K-pop.

Softec Corporation, established in Singapore, is a company with technologies such as NFT, big data, artificial 

intelligence (AI), and VR/AR, and is currently developing a blockchain-based platform 'LOTT Project' in cooperation 

with Beauty Bakery. 'LOTT Project' is a platform that uses 'LOTT token' as a payment method using a blockchain-based 

payment system for K-beauty, K-pop products, and NFT contents linked to various fields. The 'LOTT token' will be used 

as a payment method not only in the LOTT platform but also in the connected metaverse ecosystem, and will be available 

for use in external offline stores through partnerships in the future.

Beauty Bakery has formed partnerships with a number of domestic and foreign companies to promote the success 

of the 'LOTT Project' and the 'LOTT Token' transaction. In July, it acquired entertainment company Zenith C&M shares 

and secured a large number of K-pop metaverse contents. In addition, in October, it signed a business partnership 

agreement with NetPrice, Japan's leading online shopping mall company, to secure a distribution for entering the 

Japanese market. Recently, it signed a business agreement with TITONI, a world-class Swiss luxury watch brand, 

and JIM THOMSON, famous for Thai silk.

Meanwhile, on the 8th, Beauty Bakery acquired Kesmai, a developer that combines NFT with companion animal games 

to strengthen its blockchain platform business.

“There have been constant inquiries about private sales among investors who have acknowledged the potential economic 

value of the 'LOTT Token’," a Softech Corporation official said. However, they said "We are focusing our capabilities on 

the successful completion of the LOTT project by working closely with Beauty Bakery."
